SPICMACAY's annual Indian Classical Night is a showcase and celebration of Indian classical music and dance, presented by artists at UVA, to UVA, and the general Charlottesville community.
FULL DESCRIPTION
The event is open to the public and is free of cost. The event will feature instrumental, dance, and vocal genres of Indian classical music. It will provide the audience with a unique opportunity to experience, among other styles, Carnatic and Hindustani (vocal), Bharatnatyam and Kuchipudi (dance) and instrumental performances by undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and Charlottesville community members.
