Please join the Center for Global Health Equity’s (CGHE) annual research symposium to hear from our new Director, Dr. Scott Heysell, about the work of the CGHE and its impact on our students, faculty, and communities around the globe. Dr. Heysell will be joined by keynote speaker, Dr. Christine Ngaruiya.
Dr. Christine Ngaruiya, MD, MSc, DTM&H, a global health practitioner with twenty years of practice working with underserved populations in the US and abroad, will present a keynote address titled "The Three P's of Partnership: The Role We Play in Leading Underserved Population Work."
Dr. Ngaruiya will present a critical take on how leaders, especially young/developing leaders and students, can frame their approaches to working in underserved communities and realize the best outcomes for those that most need it.
